Hey everybody, welcome back to Teach Me Money Methods! It’s been a couple of months since I’ve made a video, but I’m glad to be back and I’m hoping to bring you guys a lot of value with my videos. You might be wondering why I took a couple of months off. Well, I had just started this channel and I had made about 10 or 11 videos, gaining about 27 subscribers. If I had kept going with the momentum, I might probably be in a much better place with the channel right now. But I chose to take the last couple of months off because the holidays were coming up and I wanted to spend time with my family. Additionally, I was focusing on some of my online businesses that I wanted to bring to Teach Me Money Methods. The whole point of this channel is to teach you how I’m making money, not just using a YouTube channel. So, in this video, I wanted to give you a quick update on what’s happened to my Udemy account in the last two months and share my income report.
Reason for Taking Time Off
New Channel
Starting a new channel takes a lot of time and effort. After creating and uploading about 11 videos, I took some time off to gather new content ideas and plan my strategy for the channel. By taking a break, I was able to come back with fresh ideas and provide more valuable content to my viewers.
Focus on Other Online Businesses
In addition to running this YouTube channel, I have other online businesses that require my attention. During the break, I dedicated my time to these businesses, focused on achieving better results, and gathering more knowledge to share with you in this channel.
Spending Time with Family
The holiday season was approaching, and spending quality time with my family became a top priority. I wanted to create lasting memories with them and take a break from work to recharge and come back even more motivated and inspired.

In November and December, my income from Udemy reached $1,000, which is quite astounding considering it took me a whole year to reach that milestone before. It’s important to note that the majority of this income came from one class that I had posted on the platform.

To put things into perspective, let’s compare this recent income to my earnings throughout the year. In February 2019, I only made $23 with just one course posted. From then until November and December, my income stayed relatively the same. However, after posting two additional courses, I saw a significant increase in income in September, and it continued to grow during the holiday season.

As I mentioned earlier, the majority of my income came from one class that I recorded and published in just three hours. Prior to my break, I had uploaded a total of 11 videos on my YouTube channel. These videos cover various topics related to different online money-making strategies.
